Laid Bare Before

I desire nothing more than to learn about, praise and glorify God during my time on Earth. I want to live out my faith. I want to learn what God has written down for us. He has provided us everything we could ever need. Jesus is my cup, he is my everything. He is the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. I am so young and impure and seek desperately a continued education on what Jesus has done for us. I want to be in the ministry and spread the word of Jesus Christ to all. Shape my heart, prepare me to serve. Beat me down, flip my world around, challenge me mentally. Teach me the languages. Destroy my reality as it stands today. Do what you must to make me capable of serving a congregation. Knock me to my knees. Bore me to death. Make me regret thinking I could do this. Humble me, I so desperately need it. Love me like Christ loved the church. Pour into my heart and soul and mind. Fill me up. Teach me what it really means to rely solely upon the grace of God. Give me the tools. Aid me in fulfilling my wedding vows. I gave my life to Christ. Let me give my life away. Let me loose. Free my spirit. Enable the Holy Spirit. Fill my days with studying. Take away my naivety. Reveal to me my sins. Flip my world upside down. Leave nothing upturned. I give you everything so as to give my life to our Lord and savior. This is my life, so give me life. I give it all to God. I cry out praising God. I cry out craving God. Jesus is alive and well. My heart is for God. Take my world away, bring in the good news. Jerk me around, do what is necessary. I promise to do my part. Do yours!!
